The English Conversational teaches the student how to interact ethically with the customers. Doing several works in groups, emphasizing customer service either by phone, email or in person. One of the major projects we did was creating a blog. The blog is composed of certain work performed during the course of the class, like: doing a interview with the secretary, coordinating activities for business associate and talking with clients through the phone, providing them customers service. Working through their problem trying to help them. Is important that the student use good Communication Skills, so the conversation can fit in properly. I find this course interesting, entertaining and dynamic. I would recommend it to anyone.
